Holiday Inn & Suites, Ocean City, Maryland
SRBR designed and commissioned the mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems for the 14-story hotel located in Ocean City, Maryland. The four-star hotel was designed with full amenities including an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, conference rooms, exercise room, offices, and guest rooms. SRBR designed a four-pipe HVAC system and building-wide smoke control system. All of the high-rise life safety systems required by NFPA 101 and the local authorities were designed and commissioned by SRBR as well as plumbing, power, low voltage systems and emergency power.

Hilton Hotel, Ocean City, Maryland
SRBR design this thirteen story luxury hotel with amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, conference center, restaurant, and pub. The building is equipped with a four-pipe heating and cooling system with redundant chillers and boilers. SRBR also designed plumbing, power, lighting, telecommunications, and all required life safety systems for high-rise construction including a building-wide smoke control system.

Arundel Preserve, Ann Arundel, Maryland
This project consists of two buildings, the Arundel Hotel and The Lofts located near Arundel Mills Mall and BWI-Thurgood Marshal Airport. A central chilled water and hot water plant serves both buildings. The hotel incudes two large ballrooms, a conference center and luxury guest rooms. The Lofts are upscale apartments set above multiple retail tenant spaces and a parking garage. SRBR also designed plumbing, power, lighting, telecommunications, fire alarm and emergency power systems. 

The Inn at Perry Cabin, St. Michael's, Maryland
SRBR designed a complete renovation to the existing upscale hotel located in St. Michael’s, MD. The design included new HVAC, plumbing, power and lighting. There was significant coordination with an interior designer. The renovation included numerous guest rooms and a restaurant.

Candlewood Suites, Baltimore, Maryland
Standing 13 stories tall in the heart of Baltimore City’s Inner Harbor, this xxx-room hotel commissioned SRBR to (do what?). The mechanical systems initially utilized district steam but was later changed to employ high efficient gas fired boilers. The building is heated and cooled by a water source heat pump system complete with new pumps and cooling tower and state of the art controls. Plumbing, power distribution, and life safety systems were all designed to meet high-rise standards.

We are currently engaged is designing four new hotels and multiple cottages on the same site that utilize VRF HVAC technology and also include electrical and plumbing design.
